How it works
Any recent bill works. It tells us your address, your plan, and how much power you use.
Every plan at your address, ranked on a full year of your usage. The catches spelled out: bill credits you could miss, fees to leave early, when your contract ends.
If a better plan fits, we'll show you how and when to switch. If you're already on a good one, we'll tell you that too.
Why the label misleads
Every plan's facts label quotes the same three usage levels. Some plans are built to look great at exactly those points and worse everywhere else, like bill credits that only pay if you cross a line every month. A Texas summer can triple your usage. A single sample number can't tell you what a year on that plan looks like for you.
So we don't use the samples. We use your year.
